From trialing Timely to choosing the right subscription plan

The best way to find out what Timely has to offer is by signing up for a 14-day free trial. A no-strings-attached experience of all Timely's features and capabilities. You don't need a credit card to sign up and we will be on hand to guide you through the process. Click here to get signed up right away. πŸŽ‰

When your trial comes to an end, everything you've tracked in Timely will automatically be saved. If you choose to subscribe, all your logged hours, projects, users, reports, and memories will be there just as you left them.

Choosing a subscription plan

During your 14-day free trial, you'll see the remaining days listed in the bottom left-hand corner in Timely, directly above the settings icon:

At any point during your trial with Timely, you have the options to:

  • Subscribe to Timely

  • Do a bit more research and come back whenever you like

  • Delete your account (this means losing your tracked data forever)

Once your trial expires, you will need to purchase a subscription to continue using Timely. While you can still see the Memory history from your trial period (even if you aren't subscribed) you won't be able to actually use any Timely functionality β€” like logging time or creating projects and reports β€” until you subscribe to a plan.

To get started, click the Settings icon on the navigation bar, and choose Subscriptions. You'll end up right here:

Here you can:

  • Choose your billing cycle – Monthly or Yearly (save up to 23% on a yearly subscription)

  • Select the number of seats your team will need - How many people will need access to Timely?

  • Select your plan – for each plan, you can see how much you'll pay based on the number of active users on your account

Then, hit Proceed to payment and add your payment details:

Finally, click the Pay $XX button to initiate payment.

You'll know the request was successfully processed when you've been redirected to the Subscriptions page. From here, you can review your account status, update payment and invoice details, and access your payment history.

Add-ons: Tasks

Tasks is the first installment of an advanced planning tool in Timely, helping teams assign, schedule, and track progress against complex deliverables. Take your planning and time management game to a whole other level. πŸ“

Add Tasks to any subscription plan for as little as $7 per month or $60 per year.

During the free trial, you can access all Timely's features. However, they may not be included in the final plan you choose to subscribe to. If you realize you're missing something crucial after subscribing, reach out to our Success team who can explain our plans and any in-app upgrade messages you may have encountered.
