Priority support

For users on our Legacy, Premium, Unlimited, or Unlimited+ plans, you can either send us an email at support@timelyapp.com or click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen while signed into Timely:

For all other users, just send us an email at support@timelyapp.com. Our Support team is based out of our HQ in Oslo, Norway and is available Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM CET.
